At CLT Wholesale Pallets, we supply a variety of pallets and related products. Due to the nature of our inventory, which may include used, refurbished, and AS-IS pallets, all sales are final unless otherwise noted. However, we are committed to addressing legitimate issues such as damaged, defective, or inaccurately described products.
You may request a return only if:
You received the wrong product (different from what you ordered).
The product is damaged, defective, or unsafe upon arrival.
The item was significantly misrepresented in the product description.
To be eligible, all return requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery.
To start a return or request a refund:

Include the following:
Order number
Photo(s) of the issue (damage, defects, misrepresentation)
A brief description of the problem
Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with instructions.
If your return is approved:
We will provide an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
Do not ship items back without an RMA number — unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Return instructions will include:
Return shipping address
Packaging guidelines
Timeframe for return shipment
Return shipping costs are:
Covered by CLT Wholesale Pallets only if the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective merchandise, etc.).
Paid by the customer if the return is for a reason other than our error.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Once we receive the returned item:
We will inspect it to confirm the issue.
You will be notified of the refund status within 3–5 business days.
If approved, refunds may be issued as:
Store credit
Replacement product
Refund to the original payment method
Refund processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Certain items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:
Items sold “AS IS” / final sale
Custom or special-made product orders
Products that have been altered, abused, or used beyond reasonable inspection
If your order arrives damaged:
Report the issue within 7 calendar days of delivery.
Include photos of the damage and packaging.
We may request additional information to process your claim with our shipping carriers.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the same item isn’t available, we may offer:
Store credit, or
A different item of equal value
