Shipping and Delivery Policy

At CLT Wholesale Pallets, we work to make wholesale shipping simple, clear, and dependable. Because liquidation merchandise can vary in size, weight, and packaging, we use different shipping methods based on the type of order and delivery location.

Orders may be packed in boxes, cases, bins, gaylords, or shrink-wrapped pallets to help protect the merchandise during transit. Depending on the shipment, we may use parcel couriers, freight carriers, or other logistics providers that best match the size and destination of the order.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on several factors, including the delivery distance, pallet size, total weight, destination type, and shipping method. Residential deliveries may also require extra services such as liftgate assistance.

For larger orders, truckload or container shipping may offer better value. Our team can provide available shipping options and help buyers choose a practical method based on the order size and destination.

Order Processing and Transit Times

We aim to process paid orders as quickly as possible. Most orders are prepared for shipment within 1 to 3 business days, although larger or special freight orders may require additional handling time.

Domestic delivery times vary by carrier and destination. Most U.S. shipments arrive within several business days after dispatch. International delivery times can vary based on the shipping method, customs clearance, destination country, and local delivery conditions.

Transit times are estimates and may change because of weather, carrier delays, customs inspections, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Freight and Pallet Shipments

Most large pallet orders are shipped through freight carriers. Freight deliveries may be arranged for commercial locations, warehouses, stores, and residential addresses where service is available.

Residential customers should let us know if they need liftgate service or if the delivery location has limited access. Providing complete delivery details before shipment helps us arrange the correct service and avoid unnecessary delays.

Courier and Box Shipments

Some smaller orders may be repacked into boxes and shipped through parcel or express courier services when this is more practical and cost-effective.

The shipping method used will depend on the product type, order size, packaging requirements, and delivery destination. Tracking information will be provided when available after the shipment has been registered with the carrier.

Residential and Commercial Delivery

We deliver to both residential and commercial addresses where carrier service is available. Commercial deliveries are usually made during normal business hours, while residential freight deliveries may require an appointment before arrival.

Liftgate service may be available for locations without a loading dock or forklift. Additional charges may apply depending on the carrier and delivery requirements.

International Shipping

CLT Wholesale Pallets may ship qualifying orders internationally. Available shipping methods can include air freight, ocean freight, container shipping, or other approved logistics services.

International buyers are responsible for reviewing any customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, permits, or local regulations that apply in their destination country unless otherwise stated.

Customs processing may affect delivery times, so international transit estimates should be treated as approximate.

Tracking and Delivery Updates

When tracking is available, we provide the shipment details after the carrier has registered and dispatched the order.

For freight shipments, the carrier may contact the customer directly to arrange a delivery appointment. Customers should provide a working phone number and accurate delivery address when placing an order.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available strictly by appointment and reservation only. Customers must contact our team in advance and receive confirmation before visiting the pickup location.

We do not accept unscheduled walk-in pickups. This allows our warehouse team to confirm inventory, prepare the order, and arrange loading before the customer arrives.

Shipping Insurance

Carrier liability and insurance coverage vary by shipping provider and service. Additional insurance may be available for certain higher-value shipments upon request.

If you would like additional shipment protection, please ask our team before the order is dispatched so we can review the available options.

Damaged or Missing Shipments

Please inspect your shipment when it arrives. If you notice visible damage, missing items, or packaging concerns, document the issue with photographs and notify the carrier when appropriate.

Contact CLT Wholesale Pallets as soon as possible with your order details so our team can review the situation and provide guidance on the next steps.
