Shipping and Delivery Policy
At CLT Wholesale Pallets, we work to make wholesale shipping simple, clear, and dependable. Because liquidation merchandise can vary in size, weight, quantity, and packaging, we use different shipping methods based on the type of order, shipment size, and delivery location. Orders may be packed in boxes, cases, bins, gaylords, or shrink-wrapped pallets to help protect merchandise during transit. Depending on the shipment, we may use parcel couriers, freight carriers, or other logistics providers that best match the size of the order and its destination.
Shipping Costs
For standard domestic shipments within the United States, the shipping cost is generally $175. International shipping generally ranges from $275 to $375, depending on the destination, shipping method, package or pallet size, weight, and other delivery requirements. The applicable shipping cost will be communicated or displayed before the order is completed whenever possible.
Shipping costs may vary for oversized, unusually heavy, large-volume, truckload, container, or specially arranged shipments. Additional charges may apply when a shipment requires special services such as liftgate assistance, residential delivery, limited-access delivery, storage, customs clearance, or other carrier services.
Order Processing and Delivery Times
We aim to process paid orders as quickly as possible. Most orders are prepared for shipment within 1 to 3 business days. Larger pallet orders, freight shipments, special orders, or orders requiring additional handling may require additional processing time.
For shipments within the United States, standard domestic delivery generally takes approximately 3 to 5 business days after dispatch. For international shipments, delivery generally takes approximately 1 to 21 days after dispatch, depending on the destination, shipping method, customs processing, carrier availability, and local delivery conditions.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of weather, carrier delays, holidays, customs inspections, import procedures, transportation disruptions, incorrect delivery information, or other circumstances outside our control.
Freight and Pallet Shipments
Most large pallet orders are shipped through freight carriers. Freight deliveries may be arranged for commercial locations, warehouses, stores, and residential addresses where carrier service is available. Customers should provide complete and accurate delivery information before shipment, including the delivery address, contact phone number, and whether the destination is residential or commercial.
Residential customers should let us know if they require liftgate service or if the delivery location has limited access. Liftgate service may be available for locations without a loading dock or forklift. Additional charges may apply depending on the carrier, destination, and delivery requirements.
Courier and Box Shipments
Some smaller orders may be packed into boxes and shipped through parcel or express courier services when this is more practical and cost-effective. The shipping method used will depend on the product type, order size, packaging requirements, weight, and delivery destination. Tracking information will be provided when available after the shipment has been registered and dispatched by the carrier.
Residential and Commercial Delivery
We deliver to both residential and commercial addresses where carrier service is available. Commercial deliveries are generally made during normal business hours, while residential freight deliveries may require an appointment before arrival. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring that the delivery location can safely receive the shipment.

Tracking and Delivery Updates

For freight shipments, the carrier may contact the customer directly to arrange a delivery appointment. Customers must provide a working telephone number and accurate delivery address when placing an order to help prevent delivery delays.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is available strictly by appointment and reservation only. Customers must contact our team in advance and receive confirmation before visiting the pickup location. We do not accept unscheduled walk-in pickups. This allows our warehouse team to confirm inventory, prepare the order, and arrange loading before the customer arrives.
Shipping Insurance and Carrier Liability
Carrier liability and insurance coverage vary depending on the shipping provider and service selected. Additional shipment protection or insurance may be available for certain higher-value shipments upon request. Customers who would like additional shipment protection should contact our team before the order is dispatched so that we can review the available options.
Damaged or Missing Shipments
Customers should inspect their shipment when it arrives. If visible damage, missing items, broken packaging, or other shipping concerns are identified, customers should document the issue with clear photographs and notify the carrier when appropriate. Customers should also contact CLT Wholesale Pallets as soon as possible and provide the order number, shipment information, photographs, and a description of the issue so our team can review the situation and provide guidance on the next steps.
Customers should retain the original packaging, shipping documents, delivery receipts, and other relevant materials until the shipping issue has been reviewed and resolved.
Shipping Delays
While we work to process and ship orders promptly, CLT Wholesale Pallets is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, carrier disruptions, transportation delays, customs inspections, customs clearance, government restrictions, holidays, incorrect delivery information, or other unforeseen circumstances.
